Chieftec AF-0825S počítačový chladiaci systém počítačová skriňa ventilátor čierny

Chieftec AF-0825S is an 80 x 80 x 25 mm black case fan designed for chassis cooling. It features a sleeve bearing, 12V DC operation and comes with mounting screws. The fan includes both a 3‑pin motherboard connector with a speed sensor wire and a Molex connector for flexible power options.

Advantages

The fan provides moderate airflow (~23 CFM) at a relatively low noise level (~20 dB) and a compact form factor suitable for tight spaces. Dual connector options (3‑pin with speed sensor and Molex) simplify installation in a variety of systems. Its standard 80 mm size makes it compatible with many Chieftec and third‑party chassis.

Suitable for

• General PC case ventilation
• Replacement of standard 80 mm chassis fans
• Small form‑factor and compact desktop systems
• Systems requiring a basic, low‑cost cooling upgrade

Key specifications

• Size: 80 x 80 x 25 mm (sleeve bearing)
• Voltage: 12 V DC
• Speed: ~2200 RPM
• Airflow: ~23 CFM
• Noise level: ~20 dB
• Connectors: 1× 3‑pin motherboard connector with speedo‑sensor wire, 1× Molex
• Scope of delivery: Fan, set of screws
• Colour: Black

How to use

Install the Chieftec AF-0825S into an 80 mm mounting location inside the chassis, aligning the screw holes and securing the fan with the supplied screws. Connect the 3‑pin plug to a motherboard fan header to allow basic speed control and monitoring, or use the Molex connector to power the fan directly from the PSU. Ensure the fan orientation matches the intended airflow direction for intake or exhaust.

Recommendations

For optimal operation, keep the fan and surrounding vents free of dust and ensure sufficient clearance for airflow. If quieter operation is required, connect the fan to a motherboard header with PWM/voltage control where available or consider using a fan controller to reduce speed. Replace the fan if the sleeve bearing shows signs of excessive noise or reduced performance.
