Chladiaci systémový diel Bitspower BP-BS45R

The Bitspower BP-BS45R is a cooling system part crafted from high-quality brass with a black sparkle nickel finish. Designed as a 45-degree rotary fitting, this component provides a true hi-flow path and 360-degree rotation to help route coolant lines with minimal flow restriction. The durable construction and hidden O-ring design contribute to reliable sealing and long-term performance in water-cooled PC systems.

Advantages

This 45-degree fitting combines a hi-flow internal profile with full rotation to reduce stress on tubing and simplify loop layout. The brass body with a black nickel coating offers corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, while the concealed O-ring improves leak protection without affecting the external appearance. RoHS compliance ensures the product meets common safety and environmental standards.

Suitable for

• Custom water-cooling loops in desktop PCs
• Router or repositioning tubing around tight corners
• Systems requiring a high-flow, 45-degree angled fitting with rotation
• Enthusiast builds where durable metal fittings are preferred over plastic

Key specifications

• Material: High-quality brass
• Finish: Black sparkle nickel
• Angle: 45-degree fitting
• Rotation: 360-degree rotary design
• Flow: True hi-flow internal profile
• Sealing: Hidden O-ring design for improved leak protection
• Compliance: RoHS compliant

How to use

Install the BP-BS45R by hand-tightening the fitting onto compatible threaded ports or tubing connectors used in PC water-cooling loops, taking care not to cross-thread. Position the fitting and rotate the swivel section to align tubing without twisting the hose. Verify the hidden O-ring is seated correctly and perform a pressure or leak test before powering the system to ensure a secure seal.

Recommendations

Use this brass 45-degree rotary fitting with compatible metal or soft tubing components rated for water-cooling. When assembling, avoid overtightening metal-to-metal connections and allow the swivel to orient tubing to minimize stress. Periodically inspect fittings and O-rings during maintenance intervals and replace O-rings if wear is observed.
