Chladiaci ventilátor Extralink EX.8673 4-cestná ventilátorová jednotka pre stojanové skrine 2 m kábel EU konektor

The Extralink EX.8673 4 Way fan unit is a cooling accessory designed for standing server and network cabinets. Housed in a durable metal enclosure and finished in black, this fan unit provides four ventilation outputs to help control internal cabinet temperature. Supplied with a 2 m power cable and an EU plug, it is suitable for installations where a reliable, wired mains-powered fan assembly is required to support equipment cooling and reduce thermal stress on installed devices.

Advantages

The metal housing offers mechanical durability and contributes to heat dissipation while the quad-outlet design increases airflow distribution across multiple rack levels. The 2 m cable with EU plug simplifies connection to nearby mains outlets without the need for additional adapters. As a passive mounting accessory for standing cabinets, the unit is compact and intended to integrate with existing rack layouts while maintaining a low visual profile in black finish.

Suitable for

• Cooling network switches, patch panels and small servers in floor-standing racks
• Improving airflow in telecom, data closet or server room cabinets
• Reducing localized heat build-up around power supplies and active components
• Supplementing existing cabinet ventilation where additional outlets are needed

Key specifications

• Form factor: 4-way fan unit for standing cabinets
• Enclosure material: metal
• Colour: black
• Power connection: 2 m cable with EU plug
• Mounting: designed for integration into floor-standing rack or cabinet

How to use

Mount the fan unit in the designated location inside the standing cabinet according to the cabinet manufacturer's guidance. Route the 2 m power cable to a nearby mains outlet and plug in the EU connector. Ensure that airflow paths are unobstructed by cabling or equipment and position device airflow directions to take advantage of the four ventilation outlets. Regularly inspect the unit for dust accumulation and clean as required to maintain airflow performance.

Recommendations

Place the unit where it can distribute airflow evenly across equipment; avoid blocking outlets and keep a maintenance schedule for dust removal. Verify cabinet airflow patterns and adjust placement to prevent creating hotspots. Use the 2 m cable length to reach a safe, accessible power source and avoid overloading the same circuit with high-power equipment.
