Chladiaci ventilátor SILVERSTONE SST-SF140B 140 mm čierny axiálny PC skriňový ventilátor

The SILVERSTONE SST-SF140B 140mm black axial PC case fan is a standard cooling component designed to provide steady airflow for desktop computer enclosures and compatible radiators. Built for mounting in 140mm fan positions, it helps reduce internal temperatures and supports system stability by moving air across components. The fan features a black housing and blades to blend with common case interiors and offers a conventional 4-hole mounting pattern for easy installation.

Advantages

This 140mm axial fan offers a balance of airflow and noise characteristics suitable for case ventilation and radiator use. Its larger diameter compared with 120mm fans allows for comparable airflow at lower rotational speed, which can reduce audible noise during operation. The black finish provides a discreet appearance inside most PC builds, while the standard mounting layout ensures compatibility with a wide range of cases and brackets.

Suitable for

• Case intake or exhaust in desktop PC enclosures with 140mm fan mounts
• Mounting on radiators or cooling shrouds that accept 140mm fans
• General chassis ventilation to improve component cooling and airflow

Key specifications

• Fan size: 140 mm axial fan
• Color: black housing and blades
• Mounting: standard 4-hole 140mm pattern
• Application: case ventilation and compatible radiator mounting

How to use

Install the SILVERSTONE 140mm fan in any compatible 140mm mounting location inside the PC case or on a radiator that accepts 140mm fans. Align the fan so airflow direction corresponds with the intended intake or exhaust orientation, then secure it using four screws through the mounting holes. Connect the fan to the appropriate motherboard header or fan controller using the supplied power cable. Configure fan control in BIOS or a software utility to set preferred speed curves and thermal response.

Recommendations

Place the fan where it supports efficient airflow paths: front or bottom positions for intake and top or rear positions for exhaust. When used on radiators, ensure adequate clearance for push or pull configurations and check that the fan cable reaches the power source without strain. Regularly clean dust from blades and filter screens to maintain performance and prolong motor life.
