Chorus efektové zariadenie Behringer CHORUS SYMPHONY (model 0709-AKV86-001)

Behringer CHORUS SYMPHONY is a chorus effect unit designed to add modulation, depth and stereo width to electric instruments, vocals and synthesizers. The unit recreates classic chorus characteristics suitable for both studio and live applications, allowing users to thicken tones, produce lush ensemble effects and create subtle to pronounced stereo movement. Controls provide hands‑on adjustment of rate and depth to tailor modulation intensity and overall presence.

Advantages

The CHORUS SYMPHONY delivers a recognizable, musical chorus texture while remaining compact and straightforward to operate. Its circuitry offers a smooth modulation response that preserves the original signal clarity and harmonic content. The unit supports both subtle modulation for gentle widening and stronger settings for pronounced ensemble effects, making it adaptable across instruments and arrangement contexts.

Suitable for

• Electric guitar and bass for adding thickness and stereo spread
• Keyboards and synthesizers to create fuller pads and evolving textures
• Vocal processing to impart width and subtle modulation
• Studio mixes and live rigs where compact, consistent chorus effects are required

Key specifications

• Effect type: analog-style chorus modulation
• Control features: rate and depth (modulation speed and intensity)
• Signal routing: mono in/mono or stereo out options for stereo widening
• Form factor: compact tabletop or rack-compatible size suitable for pedalboards and studio desks
• Connectivity: instrument- and line-level compatible inputs and outputs

How to use

Connect the instrument or line source to the input and route the output to an amplifier, mixer channel or audio interface. Start with conservative rate and depth settings to assess the effect on the dry signal, then increase depth for more pronounced chorus and adjust rate to set modulation tempo. For stereo processing, use stereo outputs and position pan or mixer channels to emphasize the spatial effect. When inserting into a signal chain, place the chorus after time‑based effects such as reverb for a clearer sense of width, or before drive effects if a more textured modulation is desired.

Recommendations

For natural-sounding enhancement, use low to medium depth with a slow to moderate rate on vocals and acoustic instruments. Increase depth and moderate rate for ambient pads, clean electric guitar parts and synth leads where a pronounced ensemble character is desired. When integrating into a live setup, set initial parameters at rehearsal volume and fine-tune to room acoustics to avoid excessive modulation at performance levels.
