Dorazový nárazník Roadinger 30003490 – Roadinger obmedzovač dverí a krytov

Roadinger Hinge Stop 30003490 is a hinge limiter designed to control the opening angle of doors, lids and panels. Manufactured by Roadinger, this accessory fits onto hinge assemblies to prevent over‑opening and to protect hinges, enclosure edges and nearby equipment. The product is intended for installation on flight cases, instrument cases, cabinets and other enclosures where repeated controlled opening is required.

Advantages

The hinge limiter provides precise mechanical restriction of the opening angle, reducing stress on hinge pins and fastening points. Its compact design integrates with common hinge types without significantly altering the external dimensions of the enclosure. By preventing abrupt or excessive opening, the device helps avoid damage to hardware and adjacent components while extending the service life of the hinge system.

How to use

Position the hinge stop on the hinge assembly at the desired stop point and secure it with appropriate fasteners to match the hinge and enclosure material. Adjust the mounting position to set the maximum opening angle, then verify smooth operation by opening and closing the lid or door several times. Make sure that the hinge stop does not interfere with the normal closing of the panel and that fasteners are tightened to prevent loosening during transport or repeated use.

Recommendations

Inspect the hinge limiter and surrounding fasteners periodically for wear and looseness, particularly after heavy use or transit. Select mounting hardware appropriate for the enclosure material and load conditions, and avoid forcing the lid beyond the set stop to maintain reliable operation.
