Conteg slepý kryt - RAL 9005 - 5U - 48,3 cm (19")

Unused rack space is more than an eyesore—it disrupts airflow, invites dust, and compromises the clean look of your installation. The CONTEG DP-ZA-5U blanking panel solves all three with a single, robust steel component. Sized for standard 19-inch racks and covering a full 5U of vertical space, this panel is finished in RAL 9005 jet black to blend seamlessly with most server cabinets and network enclosures. The powder-coated surface resists scratches and corrosion, while the solid front blocks bypass airflow, forcing cool air through active equipment where it belongs.

Highlights

• Fills 5U of unused 19-inch rack space, improving airflow management and cooling efficiency.
• Solid steel construction with powder-coated RAL 9005 jet black finish for durability and a professional appearance.
• Prevents dust and debris from entering the rack through empty bays, protecting sensitive hardware.
• Universal compatibility with standard 19-inch server racks and cabinets; mounts from the front with cage nuts and screws (not included).
• RoHS compliant and designed for long-term reliability in data centers, server rooms, and network closets.

In daily use

Installation is straightforward: align the panel with the rack rails, secure it using standard cage nuts and screws, and the empty space disappears. The panel's 15 mm depth keeps it flush with the rack front, maintaining a tidy, uniform look. Because it is made of steel, it also adds a degree of physical security by covering open bays that might otherwise invite tampering or accidental contact. For facilities that require consistent aesthetics, the jet black color matches most modern rack equipment, ensuring a cohesive appearance across rows of cabinets. The panel is sold individually, so you can order exactly the number needed to close off all unused rack units in your deployment.
