DeLOCK 90546 Káblové krimpovacie kliešte krimpovací nástroj čierna žltá 60 mm 218 mm 17 mm

The DeLOCK 90546 cable crimper is a handheld tool for crimping solar cables and similar connectors. It has rubberized handles for a secure grip and a compact body (60 mm wide, 218 mm long, 17 mm high). The tool is supplied in a blister pack and is manufactured in Taiwan.

Advantages

The crimper features exchangeable press profile inserts (ratchets) so the correct pair can be fitted for different applications. Rubberized handles improve control during crimping, and an integrated locking mechanism prevents accidental closing or opening of the pliers. The locking system provides seven clearly audible positions and automatically releases after the seventh position when the handles are squeezed together.

How to use

Select and install the appropriate exchangeable press profile insert (ratchet) for the connector type. Place the cable and connector into the crimp zone, then squeeze the rubberized handles evenly until the ratchet cycles through the locking positions and completes the crimp. After the seventh audible locking point, the tool will release when the handles are pressed together.

Recommendations

Use the crimper with compatible connector sizes and inspect the press profile inserts for wear before use. Store the tool in a dry place and avoid exposing it to corrosive chemicals to maintain reliable operation.
