DeLOCK káblová priechodka 90° PG21 čierna odľahčenie ťahu ochrana proti ohybu

The DeLOCK Cable Gland 90° PG21 is a black plastic angled cable gland designed to provide a watertight lead-through for cables and electrical conduits while saving space in confined installations. It integrates strain relief and bending protection to secure cables and maintain their position under vibration or movement.

Advantages

The angled PG21 design enables installation where straight glands do not fit. A screw-on strain relief clamps the cable to prevent excessive bending and to keep the cable in place during vibrations. The unit is rated IP68 for protection against dust and water, and the robust plastic housing suits industrial applications such as automation and machinery.

Suitable for

• Cable lead-throughs in control cabinets and enclosures
• Machinery and equipment subject to vibration
• Automation and robotics installations with limited space
• Areas requiring dust- and water-resistant cable entries

How to use

Drill or prepare a PG21-sized entry in the housing, fit the angled gland into the opening and secure it according to the enclosure design. Route the cable through the gland, then tighten the screw-on strain relief to clamp the cable and set the desired bend relief. Confirm the gland is sealed and aligned for the required cable routing.

Recommendations

Ensure the housing entry matches PG21 dimensions and that the cable diameter is compatible with the gland’s strain relief. Tighten the screw evenly to maintain the IP68 seal; inspect periodically in harsh environments and replace if the plastic shows signs of wear or cracking.
