DeLOCK káblová priechodka M16 vetranie odľahčenie ťahu IP68 čierna 2 ks

The DeLOCK Cable Gland M16 is a durable plastic gland designed to provide a dust- and waterproof seal (IP68) for cable and conduit entries. It includes ventilation holes for pressure equalisation and a built-in bend protection spiral that offers strain relief to prevent excessive bending of flexible cables. Each pack contains 2 pieces in black, suitable for industrial and automation environments.

Advantages

The integrated ventilation openings ensure continuous pressure and air equalisation to reduce condensation. The bend protection spiral provides additional strain relief and secures cables against damage from bending, for example near moving machine parts. The IP68 rating offers enhanced protection against dust and water while the robust plastic construction supports long-term use in demanding settings.

Suitable for

• Sealing cable and conduit entries in control cabinets and housings
• Applications in automation and robotics
• Use on machines and equipment with moving parts where cable bend protection is required

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model: Cable Gland M16 (MPN 60625)
• Protection class: IP68 (dust- and waterproof)
• Material: durable plastic
• Colour: Black
• Pack contents: 2 pieces
• Features: ventilation holes, strain relief / bend protection spiral

How to use

Drill or prepare an M16-sized opening in the housing. Insert the cable gland from the outside and secure it according to the enclosure design (threaded or clamped connection as applicable). Route the cable through the gland and position the bend protection spiral so it supports the cable bend near the entry point. Ensure the ventilation holes remain unobstructed to allow pressure equalisation.

Recommendations

For reliable sealing and strain relief, choose the correct hole size and ensure the gland is tightened appropriately without deforming the housing. Regularly inspect the gland and bend protection for wear when used near moving parts, and replace if damaged to maintain IP68 protection.
