DeLOCK káblová priechodka M20 s vetraním a odľahčením ťahu IP68 prachotesná a vodotesná čierna 2 ks

The DeLOCK Cable Gland M20 provides a watertight and dust-tight lead-through for cables and electrical conduits. Designed for secure cable entry, this M20 cable gland features integrated ventilation holes and a strain relief spiral to protect against condensation and excessive bending. The product is made of durable plastic, comes in black, and is supplied as a pack of two pieces.

Advantages

The integrated ventilation holes ensure continuous pressure and air equalisation to reduce condensation. The bend protection spiral secures flexible cables and prevents damage from excessive bending, for example when cables are exposed to moving machine parts. With an IP68 rating, the cable gland provides increased protection against dust and water, suitable for outdoor and industrial environments.

Suitable for

• Cable entry points on control cabinets and enclosures
• Automation equipment and robotic systems
• Industrial machinery with moving components
• Outdoor installations exposed to moisture and dust

How to use

Drill or use an existing M20 threaded entry in the enclosure. Insert the cable gland into the housing opening and tighten according to the enclosure thread specification. Feed the cable through the gland so the ventilation holes align to allow air equalisation, and position the strain relief spiral over the cable to secure bend protection. Ensure all connections and tightening meet the installation requirements for IP68 sealing.

Recommendations

For reliable sealing and long-term protection, check that the enclosure opening matches M20 dimensions and use appropriate torque when tightening. Inspect the strain relief and ventilation openings regularly and replace the gland if deformation or wear is visible.
