DeLOCK pletená hadica samozatváracia teplovzdorná 5 m x 10 mm žltá

The DeLOCK woven sleeve is a self-closing, heat-resistant protective sleeve designed to bundle and protect exposed cables, electrical tubes and wires from dirt, abrasion and heat. Made from continuous polyester fibres (mono- and multifilament), it provides enhanced flame resistance and mechanical durability. The sleeve is 5 m long, 10 mm wide and coloured yellow, suitable for organizing and protecting wiring in various environments within an operating temperature range of -50 to 150 °C.

Advantages

The self-closing design allows cables to be added or removed repeatedly without fasteners. Polyester construction with continuous fibres increases abrasion resistance and flame retardance while remaining flexible. The sleeve can be cut to the required length using a hot cutting tool to prevent fraying.

Suitable for

• Bundling and protecting individual wires and cable runs
• Routing cables in machinery, vehicles or electrical installations
• Applications requiring heat-resistant cable protection
• Areas where organized, low-profile cable management is needed

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 20872
• EAN: 4043619208722
• Material: Polyester (monofilament and multifilament)
• Length: 5 m
• Width / inner diameter: 10 mm
• Colour: Yellow
• Operating temperature: -50 °C to 150 °C

How to use

Slide the woven sleeve over the cable bundle; the sleeve will close around the cables due to its self-closing weave. Add or remove cables as needed by opening the sleeve, then reposition so it naturally recloses. If a specific length is required, cut the sleeve with a hot cutting tool to seal the cut edge and prevent fraying.

Recommendations

For best results, select a sleeve diameter slightly larger than the largest cable bundle, and use a hot knife or soldering iron to cut the sleeve so the edge melts and seals. Avoid exposing the sleeve to temperatures above the specified maximum to maintain its heat-resistant properties.
