DeLOCK pletený návlek samozatvárací tepelne odolný 5 m x 16 mm žltý

The DeLOCK Woven Sleeve is a self-closing, heat-resistant sleeve designed to protect cables, wires and electrical tubes from dirt, abrasion and heat. Made from continuous polyester fibres (monofilament and multifilament), it offers enhanced flame resistance and improved abrasion protection while remaining flexible and easy to handle. The sleeve is 5 m long and has an inner diameter of 16 mm, with a temperature range from -50 °C to 150 °C.

Advantages

The woven construction provides increased flame resistance and abrasion resistance compared with standard sleeving. Its self-closing design allows quick bundling of multiple cables without additional fasteners, and cables can be added or removed repeatedly. The polyester material ensures dimensional stability and suitability for a wide temperature range. The sleeve can be shortened to the required length using a hot cutting tool to prevent fraying.

Suitable for

• Protecting cable harnesses in industrial and automotive environments
• Bundling exposed wires and electrical tubes in panels or machines
• Organising and protecting cables in server racks, workstations and workshops
• Applications requiring heat and abrasion resistance between -50 °C and 150 °C

How to use

Open the self-closing woven sleeve and insert the cables or wires along its length; the sleeve will close around them to form a protective bundle. For existing cable assemblies, slide the sleeve over one end and pull it into position. If a shorter length is required, cut the sleeve to size with a hot cutting tool to seal the end and prevent fraying. Cables can be added or removed multiple times as needed.

Recommendations

Store the sleeve away from direct ignition sources and use appropriate protective equipment when hot-cutting. Verify compatibility with surrounding materials and operating temperatures before installation.
