DeLOCK priemyselné sieťové príslušenstvo 60571 dĺžka kábla 0,5 m certifikácia UL 94

The DeLOCK industrial networking accessory 60571 is a 0.5 m Ethernet cable intended for connecting devices with M12 connectors in machine control and automation applications. The cable is certified to UL 94 and designed for industrial environments, offering resistance to oils and ultraviolet light through a polyurethane (PUR/TPU) sheath.

Advantages

The cable supports up to 10 million bending cycles, making it suitable for repeated motion applications such as drag chains. Its PUR (TPU) outer sheath provides oil and UV resistance, increasing durability in demanding industrial settings. Certification to UL 94 confirms compliance with flammability safety requirements relevant to many industrial installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting machine control components with M12 interfaces
• Automation systems and industrial networking
• Applications requiring use in drag chains or areas with frequent bending

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Manufacturer part number (MPN): 60571
• EAN: 4043619605712
• Cable length: 0.5 m
• Connector type: M12 (for use with M12-equipped components)
• Cable sheath material: PUR (TPU), oil and UV resistant
• Bending cycles: up to 10,000,000
• Certification: UL 94 (flame rating)

How to use

Connect the cable between devices equipped with M12 connectors ensuring correct alignment of the connector pins and secure fastening. Route the cable to avoid sharp edges or excessive tensile forces. For installation in drag chains, ensure sufficient slack and proper mounting so the cable can follow the intended motion without twisting.

Recommendations

Inspect the cable regularly for mechanical damage or abrasion. Avoid exposure to chemicals not compatible with PUR/TPU materials. When routing in confined spaces, maintain the specified bend radius and prevent kinking to preserve the rated bending cycle performance.
