DeLOCK RJ45 Cat.6A 20m sieťový kábel čierny

The DeLOCK RJ45 Cat.6A 20m network cable is designed for outdoor network connections between devices such as NICs, switches or patch panels. It supports the Cat6A standard and provides RJ-45 connectors on both ends for reliable data transmission over a 20 m run. The cable features an S/FTP shielded construction and a PE (polyethylene) outer jacket that increases resistance to UV, cold, heat, moisture and corrosion, making it suitable for outdoor installations.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk for stable, high-speed data transfer. The PE jacket enhances durability in outdoor environments by protecting against ultraviolet radiation, temperature variations, moisture and corrosion. RJ-45 connectors on both ends ensure compatibility with standard network devices and straightforward installation.

Suitable for

• Exterior Ethernet runs between buildings or equipment
• Connections from NICs to switches or patch panels
• Outdoor installations requiring Cat6A performance

How to use

Install the cable by connecting RJ-45 connectors to the corresponding ports on network devices (for example NIC, switch or patch panel). Route and secure the cable along its path, avoiding sharp bends and mechanical strain. For exterior runs, use appropriate clips, conduits or cable ties and ensure connectors and any outdoor joints are protected from direct water ingress.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term outdoor performance, avoid prolonged exposure of connectors to standing water and use weatherproof junctions or enclosures where cables are terminated outdoors. Verify grounding and follow local installation standards for outdoor network cabling.
