DeLOCK sieťový adaptér IEC 60320 - C14 na C5 konektor samica 2,5 A 90° čierny

The DeLOCK Netzadapter IEC 60320 - C14 to C5 Plug Socket is an inline power adapter that converts an IEC 60320 C14 inlet to a C5 plug socket. It is intended for connecting equipment with a C5 power connector to a C14 mains outlet, offering a compact solution with a 90° angled design that helps reduce strain on cables and saves space behind devices. The adapter supports a continuous current rating of 2.5 A and is finished in black to blend with typical consumer and office equipment.

Advantages

This adapter provides a simple and reliable method to adapt between C14 and C5 power interfaces without altering existing power cords. The 90° orientation minimizes protrusion from the mains outlet and helps route cables neatly in confined spaces. With a defined 2.5 A current rating, it is suitable for low-power devices that require the C5 connector style. The black housing offers a neutral appearance that integrates with most equipment setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting laptops, small power supplies or portable devices with a C5 inlet to a C14 mains socket
• Space-constrained installations behind servers, workstations or AV equipment where a right-angled connection is beneficial
• Temporary or permanent setups requiring a compact adapter to change connector type

Key specifications

• Connector conversion: IEC 60320 C14 (inlet) to C5 (plug socket)
• Rated current: 2.5 A
• Orientation: 90° angled design to reduce depth
• Color: black
• Application: indoor use for low-power IT and consumer devices

How to use

Insert the adapter’s C14 inlet into a compatible mains outlet or power distribution unit, then plug the device’s C5 power cord into the C5 socket of the adapter. Ensure the connection is secure and that the combined current draw of connected equipment does not exceed the 2.5 A rating. Position the adapter so that the 90° angle aligns with available clearance to avoid bending the attached cable sharply.

Recommendations

Verify compatibility of the device’s power requirements with the adapter’s 2.5 A rating before use. Avoid using the adapter in wet or exposed environments and do not exceed the rated current. Periodically inspect the adapter and connectors for damage, and replace it if signs of wear or overheating appear.
