DeLOCK sieťový kábel čierny 5 m Cat6 S/FTP RJ-45

This DeLOCK networking cable (Cat6, S/FTP) with a length of 5 m and black jacket is designed to connect networking devices such as a NIC to a switch or a patch panel. It features RJ-45 plugs on both ends and provides shielded transmission for reduced interference. One end includes an RJ45 plug with two M2 screws suitable for GigE camera connections, and the connectors are angled to allow space-saving installation.

Advantages

The cable supports Cat6 performance with S/FTP shielding to minimize electromagnetic interference. Screw-mounted RJ45 plug ensures a secure connection for GigE camera and other vision applications where movement or vibration may occur. Angled connectors permit installation in tight spaces behind devices or inside machinery. The 5 m length offers flexibility for typical home, office, or industrial setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting a NIC to a switch or patch panel
• GigE camera connections in machine vision and industrial image processing
• Installations in confined spaces where angled plugs are required
• Environments requiring reduced electromagnetic interference

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network interface card (NIC) or device port and the other plug to the switch, patch panel or camera. If using the screw-type RJ45 plug for a GigE camera, align the connector with the camera socket and secure the plug by tightening the two M2 screws to ensure a reliable connection. Route the cable using the angled connectors where space is limited to avoid strain on the plugs and ports.

Recommendations

For stable data transmission, avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling forces. Ensure screws on the RJ45 plug are tightened to the manufacturer’s recommended torque when used with GigE cameras; check compatibility with the camera’s connector thread before installation.
