Diaľkomer STANLEY SLM100 — laserový dosah 30 m, kompaktný ručný merací prístroj

STANLEY SLM100 is a compact handheld laser distance meter with a 30 m measuring range, designed for quick and accurate single-point distance readings. The device is intended for indoor use and light outdoor tasks where precise short-range measurements are required. Its small form factor and simple one-button operation make it a practical alternative to tape measures when measuring rooms, furniture placement, or short site distances.

Advantages

The STANLEY SLM100 delivers fast distance readings up to 30 m with a laser beam that improves measurement speed and repeatability compared with manual tape measurement. Its compact size and lightweight design ensure easy portability and storage in a toolbox or pocket. The straightforward user interface reduces the learning curve and allows one-handed operation for quick spot measurements during construction, renovation, or installation tasks.

Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

The STANLEY SLM100 is intended for short-range measurements up to 30 m and provides single-point distance readings; it is not designed for long-range surveying, continuous area/volume calculations, or detailed construction staking that require multi-feature laser meters. It may also be less effective in very bright sunlight or when measuring highly reflective or diffuse targets without a contrast marker.

How to use

Point the STANLEY SLM100 at the target surface, ensuring a clear line of sight between the device and the target. Press the measurement button to emit the laser and capture a single distance reading; the result appears on the display. For best results, hold the device steady, aim at a flat, contrasting surface or use a target plate where visibility is poor. Turn the unit off after use to preserve battery life.

What to consider before purchase

Recommendations

For reliable readings, use the laser on flat, contrasting targets and avoid reflective surfaces. When measuring outdoors in bright conditions, consider using a target plate or shade the target to improve visibility. Store the device in a protective case when not in use to prevent scratches on the lens and to maintain measurement accuracy.
