DIGITUS 2-portový DisplayPort DualView 60 Hz 4K 60fp podpora viacerých platforiem

The DIGITUS KVM Switch DS-12862 enables control of two computers with a single USB keyboard and mouse while supporting dual-display setups. It provides two DisplayPort outputs for connecting up to two monitors per computer and supports UHD resolution up to 4K at 60 Hz. The unit includes USB ports for mouse and keyboard, an integrated USB-A port for additional peripherals, and audio connections for microphone and speaker with support for Dolby TrueHD and DTS HD Master Audio. Status LEDs on the front indicate the active computer and functional states. The switch is powered via the USB connection to a connected computer and offers plug-and-play operation without drivers. The enclosure is made of sturdy metal for durability.

Advantages

The KVM switch lets you operate two 4K-capable PCs with one keyboard and mouse, avoiding repeated cable changes. Switching is possible either via the front-panel switch or a keyboard hotkey. An integrated USB hub on the front provides a shared USB-A port for external storage or other peripherals, and audio switching allows microphone and speaker signals to follow the active PC. LED indicators show the current configuration, and the metal housing ensures a robust build. The device supports real Plug and Play, requiring no software installation.

Suitable for

• Workstations requiring control of two computers with dual monitors
• Offices and home offices with limited desk space

Recommendations

For stable 4K/60 Hz output, use high-quality DisplayPort cables and ensure both computers support DisplayPort 1.2 (or higher) and the required UHD output. When using external storage via the front USB-A port, allow the operating system on the active computer to complete device recognition before switching.
