DIGITUS 4K HDMI predlžovač, prijímacia jednotka cez IP/CAT 5, 6 (120 m), PoE napájaná

The Digitus AV receiver 4K HDMI Extender via CAT/IP (DS-55125) is an additional receiver unit designed to expand a DS-55124 extender set into a point‑to‑multipoint distribution system. It connects to existing network infrastructure or PoE switches to receive HDMI video streams over CAT cables and allows displaying the same source on multiple screens. The receiver supports up to 3840 x 2160 (4K) at 30 Hz and is powered via PoE, removing the need for an external power adapter.

Advantages

The receiver supports PoE power delivery so no separate power supply is required, enabling easier installation and reduced cable clutter. It is compatible with CAT5, CAT5e, CAT6 and CAT7 cabling and supports HDMI bandwidth up to 10.2 Gbit/s and HDCP 1.4, ensuring reliable transmission of 4K (30 Hz) content over IP-based networks. Its compact form factor facilitates integration into AV racks or behind displays.

Suitable for

• Extending HDMI signals in commercial AV installations (digital signage, conference rooms)
• Point‑to‑multipoint video distribution to multiple displays
• Integrating with existing Ethernet/PoE infrastructure to reduce additional cabling

How to use

Connect the DS-55125 receiver to your network using a compatible CAT cable and ensure the network or PoE switch provides power. On the transmitting side use the DS-55124 transmitter unit; connect it to the source HDMI device. The receiver decodes the HDMI stream and outputs it to a display via its HDMI output. For point‑to‑multipoint setups deploy additional DS-55125 receivers at each display and manage distribution through your network switches. For single point‑to‑point connections, 4K video can be transmitted up to 120 meters depending on cable quality.

Recommendations

Use quality shielded CAT cables (CAT5e or higher) and PoE switches that meet the power requirements of the extender system. For best 4K performance keep cable runs within recommended distances and test each run before final installation.
