DIGITUS HDMI AOC hybridný vláknový prepojovací kábel, Type-A konektor samec/samec, 10 m, UHD 8K@60Hz, CE, čierna

This active HDMI AOC hybrid fiber optic cable transfers uncompressed video and audio signals at up to 8K@60Hz (UHD-2) with a 48 Gbps bandwidth over distances up to 10 m. The hybrid construction combines fiber and copper cores to preserve signal integrity, minimize diameter (OD 4.8 mm) and allow a tight bending radius of 20 mm while remaining immune to electromagnetic interference.

Advantages

Hybrid fiber-and-copper design ensures loss-free data transfer with zero frame delay and high transmission speed. Compact cable construction and low weight make installation easier in homes, meeting rooms and conference spaces. Supports HDR, HDMI 2.1 standards and content protection such as HDCP 2.2, while providing compatibility with EDID, CEC and ARC. Plug-and-play operation requires no additional setup.

Key specifications

• Bandwidth: 48 Gbps
• Maximum resolution: 8K @ 60Hz (UHD-2)
• Distance: up to 10 m
• Cable outer diameter: 4.8 mm
• Minimum bending radius: 20 mm
• Construction: hybrid fiber optic and copper cores
• EMI immunity: yes
• Supported standards: HDMI 2.1, HDCP 2.2
• Supported features: HDR, EDID, CEC, ARC
• Audio support: ARC, DTS‑HD Master Audio, Dolby TrueHD

How to use

Connect one HDMI A connector to the source device and the other HDMI A connector to the display. The cable is active and requires no external power; after connection the devices should automatically recognize EDID and establish the optimal signal. Route the cable carefully following the specified minimum bending radius (20 mm) to avoid damaging the fiber. Use within the specified maximum length (10 m) to maintain uncompressed 8K@60Hz performance.

Recommendations

For reliable 8K/60Hz performance, use this active hybrid HDMI AOC cable for direct connections between HDMI 2.1-compatible sources and displays. Avoid tight kinks and protect connectors from mechanical stress. For installations longer than 10 m consider alternative fiber solutions designed for greater distances.
