DisplayPort na HDMI kábel helos 288454, 2,0 m, digitálne video

The helos DisplayPort to HDMI cable (2.0 m) converts a DisplayPort output into an HDMI input, enabling connection of computers or graphics cards with DisplayPort to monitors, TVs or projectors with HDMI. The cable supports Ultra HD 4K resolution at 3840 x 2160 @ 30 Hz and is intended for straightforward digital video transmission in home or office setups.

Advantages

This premium cable features a highly flexible TPE outer sheath and aluminium connector housings with gold-plated contacts to ensure reliable signal transfer and durable mechanical protection. It supports DP 1.1 and HDMI 1.4 signaling for broad device compatibility, delivers 4K@30Hz video quality, and is produced in compliance with RoHS 2.0 and REACH requirements.

Suitable for

• Connecting a PC or laptop DisplayPort output to an HDMI monitor or TV
• Connecting graphics cards with DisplayPort to projectors with HDMI input
• Home entertainment setups where a single video cable is preferred
• Office workstations requiring digital video transmission over a short distance

When it may not be suitable

This cable supports up to 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz; it is not suitable when a higher refresh rate at 4K (60 Hz) or advanced HDMI features that require newer HDMI/DP versions are needed. It also does not provide bidirectional conversion—use it only to convert a DisplayPort source to an HDMI sink, not the reverse.

Key specifications

• Cable length: 2.0 m
• Connector types: DisplayPort (male) to HDMI (male)
• Supported video resolution: Up to 3840 x 2160 @ 30 Hz (Ultra HD 4K)
• Supported standards: DisplayPort 1.1, HDMI 1.4
• Outer sheath material: TPE (highly flexible)
• Connector housing: Aluminium
• Contacts: Gold-plated
• Compliance: RoHS 2.0 and REACH conformant
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect the DisplayPort plug to the DisplayPort output on your computer or graphics card and insert the HDMI plug into the HDMI input on your monitor, TV or projector. Ensure both devices are powered on and set the display input to the correct HDMI channel. The cable performs passive conversion from DisplayPort to HDMI and requires a DisplayPort source capable of DP-to-HDMI signalling for video to appear.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your source device supports DisplayPort-to-HDMI output (DP++ or compatible)
• Check the required resolution and refresh rate—this cable supports 4K at 30 Hz, not 60 Hz at 4K
• Confirm the required connector orientation and available space around ports for aluminium housings

Recommendations

For best results, use the 2.0 m length to route the cable without sharp bends or excessive tension, keep connector contacts clean, and select the HDMI input on the display after connecting the cable. If you need 4K at 60 Hz or HDMI audio return features, choose a cable or adapter that explicitly supports the newer HDMI/DP versions.
