Recommendations

For best results, use a Thunderbolt-certified cable and ensure your laptop supports Thunderbolt power delivery. Place the dock on a stable, well-ventilated surface to allow heat dissipation from the aluminium housing. When transferring large media files from SD or MicroSD cards, close unnecessary applications to maximize transfer throughput and avoid card removal during active transfers to prevent data loss.
