Dómová IP bezpečnostná kamera ABUS PPIC54520 vonkajšia káblová & bezdrôtová 4K 3840x2160 4 mm objektív 85° horizontálne 1 lx biela

The ABUS PPIC54520 is a dome IP security camera designed for outdoor wall mounting. It records in ultra-high 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution using an 8 MP CMOS sensor with a fixed 4 mm focal length and a horizontal viewing angle of approximately 85° and vertical 45°. The camera supports both wired and wireless network connections (Ethernet, Wi‑Fi 2.4/5 GHz) and can be set up quickly via the App2Cam Plus mobile app using Bluetooth. It includes an exchangeable microSD card and provides continuous functions such as live view, digital zoom and pre-recording without requiring an account or subscription.

Advantages

The camera offers high-detail 4K recordings day and night with IR night vision up to 10 m and an 8 MP sensor for clear images. Intelligent motion detection automatically differentiates between people, animals and vehicles to reduce false alarms, and push notifications can be configured in the app. It is weatherproof to IP66 standard for reliable outdoor use and provides privacy features such as configurable privacy zones and recording without audio to support data protection requirements.

Suitable for

• Outdoor surveillance of homes, gardens and driveways
• Monitoring entrances and perimeter areas on walls
• Use where high-resolution detail is required (license plates, faces, property)
• Installations needing both wired and wireless connectivity options

When it may not be suitable

This dome camera does not record audio, so it may not meet needs where synchronized sound is required. Also, although the camera supports PoE via Ethernet and Wi‑Fi, advanced enterprise video management features or large-scale multi-camera systems may require additional infrastructure or integration beyond the built-in app capabilities.

How to use

Install the camera on a suitable exterior wall using the included mounting hardware, connect it to power and choose wired Ethernet or Wi‑Fi for network access. Start the App2Cam Plus app on a smartphone or tablet and follow the Bluetooth-assisted setup to register the camera and configure basic settings. Use the app to set detection preferences, create privacy zones, view the live stream, access recorded clips on the microSD card and enable push notifications for people, animals or vehicles as required.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm that 4K resolution is required and that your recording/storage plan supports large video files
• Check available mounting location for stable Wi‑Fi or wired Ethernet connection
• Decide whether audio recording is needed (this camera records video only)
• Ensure the included microSD capacity meets your retention needs or plan for larger local storage

Recommendations

Mount the camera at a height and angle that minimises direct sun and strong backlighting; enable privacy zones to mask neighbouring properties; set motion sensitivity and object types in the app to reduce false alerts while retaining relevant detections.
