Držiak vlákna EasySplicer FH101010 LC strieborný – pomôcka na zarovnanie vlákna pre LC konektory

EasySplicer FH101010 LC Silver is a compact fiber holder created to secure and align optical fibers when working with LC connectors. The silver-finished accessory provides stable positioning of fibers during splicing, connectorization, polishing or end-face inspection. Designed for workshop and field use, the holder helps maintain consistent alignment and reduces handling variability while preparing LC terminations.

Advantages

The EasySplicer FH101010 LC Silver offers a stable clamping surface that minimizes fiber movement and supports repeatable alignment for precise terminations. Its compact design makes it convenient to use in constrained workspaces and during field deployments. The holder is compatible with common LC connector workflows and aids in reducing rework by keeping fibers fixed during epoxy curing, polishing and inspection.

Suitable for

• Preparing and aligning fibers for LC connector assembly
• Splicing operations where LC terminations are required
• Polishing and end-face inspection of LC connectors
• Field service and laboratory connectorization tasks

Key specifications

• Form factor: compact fiber holder designed for LC connector geometry
• Finish: silver outer surface for easy visibility of fibers and work area
• Material: durable construction suitable for repeated workshop and field use
• Function: secures and aligns single fibers for connectorization and splicing workflows
• Compatibility: intended for use with LC connector types and related fixture systems

How to use

Position the fiber in the holder slot so the fiber end aligns with the target location for connector assembly or polishing. Secure the fiber according to the holder’s clamping mechanism to prevent movement. Use the holder together with your chosen LC connector assembly process—applying adhesive, curing, cleaving or polishing as required—while verifying alignment and end-face quality with inspection tools. After finishing the termination, release the clamp and proceed with any final cleaning and testing procedures.

Recommendations

For best results, work on a stable surface and use appropriate personal protective equipment. Verify that the fiber is clean and properly cleaved before securing it in the holder. When performing adhesive-based connectorization, follow the adhesive and curing instructions from the adhesive manufacturer. Use compatible polishing and inspection equipment to confirm end-face geometry and insertion loss metrics after assembly.
