How to use

Deflate and remove the wheel from the bicycle, then take out the damaged inner tube. Inspect the tyre and rim strip for sharp objects or damage before installing the new Hama inner tube. Slightly inflate the new tube to give it shape, insert it into the tyre, remount the tyre on the rim, fully inflate to the recommended pressure for your tyre, and check that the valve is properly seated and the tyre beads are evenly positioned.

Recommendations

Check tyre sidewalls for the correct pressure range before inflating and inspect the tyre and rim for debris when replacing an inner tube. Use appropriate tools and follow safety precautions when removing and installing wheels and tubes.
