Bosch Smart Home Door/Window Contact II opening detector is a compact wireless sensor for monitoring the open or closed state of doors and windows. Designed for integration with Bosch Smart Home systems, the white contact reports status changes to the central hub and can be used for security monitoring, automation rules and scene control. The sensor’s discreet form factor and magnetic contact make it suitable for mounting on frames and sashes without affecting the appearance of the installation.

Advantages

The device provides reliable open/close detection with low power consumption and wireless communication compatible with Bosch Smart Home hubs. Its small two-piece construction enables clean installation on most door and window frames, while the white finish blends with common interior styles. By reporting status changes quickly to the smart home system, it supports automated actions such as alarm triggering, notifications to occupants, and activation of linked devices.
