How to use

Select appropriate mounting positions on the enclosure door and frame, ensuring alignment for smooth pivoting. Fasten the hinges securely using suitable screws or bolts compatible with the enclosure material and hole pattern. Check door movement after installation and adjust mounting points as needed to achieve even gaps and correct alignment. For safety, verify that fasteners are tightened and that the door moves freely without binding.

Recommendations

Use corrosion-resistant fasteners when installing in humid or corrosive indoor environments. Periodically inspect hinge attachment points and lubricate pivot areas if necessary to maintain smooth operation and prolong service life.
