DVI-A/VGA monitor adaptér Goobay 69971 čierny

DVI-A/VGA Monitor Adapter (DVI-A male 12+5 pin to VGA female 15-pin) for connecting a PC or laptop graphics output with DVI-A to a VGA display. The adapter enables analog video signal conversion from a DVI-A output to a standard VGA monitor, ensuring compatibility with older screens and projectors that use a 15-pin VGA connector.

Advantages

The adapter provides a compact, passive solution for linking DVI-A analog outputs to VGA displays without requiring additional power or software. Its durable construction and reliable connectors reduce signal loss and maintain a clear analog image. The simple plug-and-play design makes it suitable for quick connections in home, office, or classroom environments.

Key specifications

• Connector A: DVI-A male (12+5 pins)
• Connector B: VGA female (HD-15, 15 pins)
• Signal type: Analog video (DVI-A to VGA)
• Usage: Passive adapter, no external power required
• Compatibility: Converts DVI-A outputs to standard VGA monitors and projectors

How to use

Turn off devices before connecting. Insert the DVI-A male connector into the DVI-A output on your computer or laptop and secure it if applicable. Plug the VGA cable from the monitor or projector into the VGA female port of the adapter. Power on the devices and select the appropriate input on the display. Adjust display settings on the computer as needed for resolution and refresh rate.

Recommendations

Use the adapter with devices that provide a true analog DVI-A signal; it will not convert digital-only DVI-D outputs to VGA. For the best image quality, use short, high-quality VGA cables and ensure connectors are firmly seated.
