How to use

Select a mounting location that provides sufficient access for cabling and maintenance and ensures the enclosure is fixed to a stable surface. Open the enclosure, position mounting plates or internal fittings if required, and secure components such as DIN-rail assemblies, terminal blocks and controllers using appropriate fasteners. Ensure cable entries are sealed with compatible glands or conduit fittings to maintain the IP66 rating. After wiring and testing, close and lock the enclosure cover to restore full environmental protection.

Recommendations

To preserve corrosion resistance and the IP66 rating, install the enclosure on a level, stable surface and use compatible stainless steel or corrosion-resistant mounting hardware. Verify that cable glands or conduit fittings are rated for IP66 and properly tightened. Periodically inspect seals, fasteners and the enclosure surface for damage or wear, and clean with mild detergent and water; avoid abrasive cleaners or chloride-based chemicals that can harm stainless steel.
