Elektrické puzdro Rittal KX 1548.000, oceľ, IP66, B150 x T120 x H300 mm

Rittal KX 1548.000 is a compact steel electrical enclosure providing IP66 protection for electrical and electronic components. With external dimensions of 150 × 120 × 300 mm (W×D×H), this enclosure is designed to offer dust-tight and water-resistant performance for both indoor and outdoor installations. The robust steel construction ensures mechanical stability and reliable protection for junctions, terminal blocks, small controllers and cable entries in demanding environments.

Advantages

The steel housing delivers good impact resistance and long-term durability while the IP66 rating guarantees protection against dust ingress and powerful water jets. The enclosure’s compact footprint allows flexible placement where space is limited, and the finish is suitable for painting or labeling if required. Removable cover and standard mounting options simplify wiring and internal component arrangement, reducing installation time.

How to use

Mount the enclosure on a suitable flat surface using appropriate fasteners and ensure the mounting location supports the enclosure’s weight and installed components. Open the removable cover to fit terminal blocks, small controllers or cable glands; position internal mounting plates or DIN rails as needed. Route cable entries through compatible glands or knockouts to maintain IP66 integrity and tighten all cover screws evenly to achieve a proper seal. Perform electrical connections according to applicable wiring standards and verify grounding of the steel housing.

Recommendations

For best results, use cable glands and sealing components rated for IP66 to preserve enclosure protection. Avoid painting sealing surfaces and check gaskets periodically for wear. When installing outdoors, position the enclosure to minimize direct exposure to severe weather and allow drainage where appropriate.
