How to use

Place the grill on a stable, heat-resistant surface and connect it to a suitable power outlet. Insert the removable plates if they are detached and close any locking mechanisms provided. Set the temperature control to the desired level according to the type and thickness of the food. Preheat the appliance until the indicator shows it has reached the set temperature, then place food on the lower plate. For contact grilling, lower the top plate onto the food and monitor cooking time; for pressing, use the unit slightly open if a lighter press is required. When cooking is complete, switch off and unplug the grill, allow it to cool before removing plates for cleaning.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the grill and wipe plates with a light coating of oil only when needed. Use moderate temperature for delicate foods like fish and vegetables and higher settings for thicker cuts of meat to achieve searing. Allow the appliance to cool before detaching the plates for cleaning and avoid abrasive cleaners to preserve the non-stick surface.
