How to use

Place the freestanding griddle on a stable, heat-resistant work surface and connect it to a suitable power outlet. Use the adjustable thermostat to set the desired cooking temperature according to the recipe or food type. Allow the surface to preheat until the set temperature is reached, then place food evenly across the cooking area for uniform results. Monitor cooking progress, turning items as needed, and adjust the thermostat during use for finer control. After cooking, disconnect from power, allow the unit to cool, and clean the cooking surface following the manufacturer's care instructions.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the griddle briefly before adding food and use suitable utensils to avoid scratching the surface. Ensure the adjustable thermostat is set correctly for the food being prepared to maintain even cooking and prevent burning. Follow standard safety precautions for electric cooking appliances, including avoiding water contact with electrical components and unplugging the unit before cleaning.
