Elektrický konektor Type-E/F Brennenstuhl 1082040020 čierny 230V 16A

The Brennenstuhl 1082040020 is a Type E/F electrical power plug designed for 230V AC systems with a maximum current rating of 16A. The plug has a durable rubber housing and compact dimensions (102 × 42 × 42 mm). With an IP54 protection class, it is suitable for indoor and outdoor use and can be used to connect an extension cable or to repair a damaged cable with a conductor diameter of 6–13 mm.

Advantages

Robust rubber housing provides mechanical protection and improves grip during installation. Compact size allows for use in tight spaces. IP54 rating ensures protection against dust ingress and splashing water, making the plug appropriate for sheltered outdoor applications. Rated for 230V and 16A to match common mains and extension-cable requirements.

Suitable for

• Connecting or extending mains power with Type E/F sockets
• Repairing damaged cables with diameters from 6 mm to 13 mm
• Indoor and sheltered outdoor power connections where IP54 protection is sufficient
• General household and workshop electrical equipment requiring up to 16A

How to use

Ensure mains power is switched off before starting work. Open the plug housing according to the manufacturer's assembly method, insert the prepared cable with conductors stripped to the required length, and secure each conductor to the correct terminal (live, neutral, earth). Check that the cable clamp holds the outer sheath firmly and that there are no exposed conductor strands. Reassemble the housing and tighten any fastening screws. Verify the connection visually and, if possible, test continuity and correct polarity before applying mains voltage.

Recommendations

Use the plug only with cables within the specified 6–13 mm diameter range and within the 230V/16A rating. Do not use the plug submerged in water or in locations requiring a higher IP rating. If unsure about electrical installation procedures, consult a qualified electrician.
