Elektrický pohon Busch-Jaeger 6212/1.1, 230 V, 80 W, čierna/strieborná, 71×71×45 mm

Busch-Jaeger 6212/1.1 is an electrical actuator designed for compact switching tasks in control systems. The actuator is built to operate from a 230 V supply and supports switching loads up to 80 W. Its small housing, finished in black and silver and measuring 71×71×45 mm, allows installation in confined spaces and integration into centralized or distributed control installations where reliable low-power switching is required.

Advantages

The actuator combines a compact mechanical form factor with mains-voltage operation, enabling stable switching of low-power loads. Its clearly defined power rating of 80 W simplifies matching with intended loads and helps prevent overloading. The neutral and concise design in black/silver facilitates discreet integration into visible installations. The device’s dimensions make it suitable for mounting within junction boxes, switch cabinets, or modular panels where space is limited.

How to use

Mount the actuator in a suitable enclosure or mounting location that provides mechanical protection and complies with local electrical regulations. Connect the device to a 230 V AC supply and wire the load according to the installation diagram supplied by the system integrator or product documentation. Verify that the connected load does not exceed the 80 W maximum switching capacity. After wiring, test switching operation under no-load and then under the intended load to confirm correct function. Ensure all connections are secure and that protective devices such as fuses or circuit breakers appropriate to the installation are fitted.

Recommendations

Use this actuator only for loads and installations that match its 230 V supply and 80 W switching limit. Avoid switching highly inductive or motor loads that exceed the device’s specified capacity. For installations in humid or dusty environments, install the actuator inside a sealed enclosure to maintain reliability. Follow local electrical codes and, if necessary, consult a qualified electrician for wiring and integration into building control systems.
