How to use

Place the slicer on a stable, level surface and ensure the cable is stored or connected safely from the cable compartment. Fit the food onto the carriage and adjust the slice thickness up to 2 cm. Choose intermittent mode for single slices or continuous mode for extended slicing. Use steady, gentle pressure to guide food across the serrated blade and allow the slicer to do the cutting. After use, switch off and unplug the unit before cleaning or removing parts.

Recommendations

For best results, refrigerate soft cheeses or very moist foods briefly before slicing and ensure meats are sufficiently chilled to obtain even slices. Always follow safety instructions: keep hands clear of the blade and use the provided pusher or carriage when possible.
