Recommendations

For consistent results and prolonged device life, feed documents that are clean and flat, remove staples and paper clips, and avoid excessively creased or torn pages. Use recommended scan settings for your document type: higher resolution for archival images, and lower resolution for searchable text to balance image quality and file size. Regularly inspect and clean the paper path and rollers according to the manufacturer’s maintenance guidelines to prevent jams and maintain scan quality.
