Pohybový senzor HomeMatic IP HmIP-SMI55-A antracit – montáž na stenu/strop, 55 rám

HomeMatic IP HmIP-SMI55-A Anthracite is a passive infrared motion detector for integration into HomeMatic IP smart-home environments. Designed for wall or ceiling mounting, the detector reports movement using a 55-frame detection output. It monitors presence and motion to trigger automated actions such as lighting control, alarm activation or scene management, helping to increase convenience and energy efficiency in residential and small office installations.

Advantages

The unit offers flexible mounting options for wall or ceiling installation and a compact anthracite housing that blends with interior finishes. Its 55-frame reporting provides clear, discrete detection events suitable for smart-home logic. Compatibility with HomeMatic IP platforms ensures direct integration into scenes and rules with low-latency reporting. The design is optimized for unobtrusive installation and continuous operation with low maintenance.

Suitable for

• Automatic lighting control in corridors, hallways and rooms
• Presence detection for energy-saving HVAC and lighting schedules
• Triggering alerts or alarm events in security setups
• Integration with HomeMatic IP scenes and home automation routines

Key specifications

• Detection type: passive infrared (PIR)
• Output format: 55-frame movement reporting
• Mounting: wall or ceiling
• Enclosure color: anthracite
• Integration: HomeMatic IP smart-home system compatibility

How to use

Install the detector at the recommended height and orientation for the intended coverage area, choosing wall or ceiling mounting depending on the room layout. Pair the device with a HomeMatic IP central control unit following the platform's inclusion procedure. Configure detection-based actions, such as switching lights, arming alarms or activating scenes, within the HomeMatic IP app or management interface. Verify detection coverage and adjust positioning if there are blind spots or false triggers.

Recommendations

Position the sensor to avoid direct exposure to heating vents, air conditioners or large glass surfaces that may cause false detections. For consistent performance, keep the device free of dust and ensure the mounting surface is stable. Test the detector after installation and periodically review detection events in the HomeMatic IP app to fine-tune sensitivity and placement.
