Equip 404551 sieťový kábel oranžový 305 m Cat7 S/FTP (S-STP)

EQUIP 404551 is a 305 m Cat7 S/FTP (S-STP) networking cable in orange, intended for 10GBase-T installations. The cable has four individually foil-shielded pairs plus an overall braided shield to reduce crosstalk and electromagnetic interference. It is supplied without connectors and is suitable for structured LANs, data center backbones and other high-speed cabling runs.

Advantages

The Cat7 S/FTP construction provides improved protection against external interference and pair-to-pair crosstalk compared with unshielded cables. Supporting 10 Gigabit Ethernet, the cable meets requirements for high-speed backbone and server-room cabling. Available in a 305 m reel and orange sheath, it is convenient for long runs and colour-coding in installations. Supplied without connectors for flexible termination options.

Suitable for

• Structured LAN installations
• Data centre backbone cabling
• High-speed 10GBase-T links
• Runs requiring visible colour coding (orange)

Key specifications

• Length: 305 m
• Category: Cat7
• Shielding: S/FTP (S-STP) — individually foil-shielded pairs with overall braid
• Cabling technology: 10GBase-T
• Connectors: none (supplied without connectors)
• Colour: Orange
• Weight: 14.6 kg

How to use

Measure and plan the cable route according to your installation requirements, allowing service loops and avoiding sharp bends. Pull the cable from the reel and terminate both ends with compatible shielded RJ45 connectors or patch panels designed for Cat7 S/FTP cable, ensuring correct grounding of the overall braid. Test each link after termination for continuity, pair integrity and performance up to 10 Gbps.

Recommendations

Use shielded termination hardware and maintain proper grounding when deploying S/FTP cable to achieve specified performance. Keep separation from high-voltage power lines and follow local cabling standards for fire safety and pathway management.
