Equip Cat.6A Platinum S/FTP patch kábel, 2,0 m, oranžový

The Equip Cat.6A Platinum S/FTP patch cable is designed for high-performance Ethernet connections and supports data transfer rates up to 10000 Mbit/s. This 2.0 m orange cable features gold-plated RJ-45 connectors and S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and ensure stable transmission in demanding network environments, including 10GBase-T applications.

Advantages

Constructed from high-quality materials and tested to meet Cat.6A standards, the cable provides increased bandwidth and an improved signal-to-noise margin compared with lower-category patch cords. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors enhance contact reliability, while the S/FTP shielding (shielded foil around pairs plus overall braid) minimises crosstalk and external interference for error-free performance.

Suitable for

• 10GBase-T networks and high-speed LAN connections
• Data centers, server rooms and office network installations
• High-bandwidth applications such as video streaming, large file transfers and VoIP
• Patch panels, switches and routers using RJ-45 ports

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat.6A (S/FTP)
• Length: 2.0 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Supported standard: 10GBase-T, up to 10000 Mbit/s
• Colour: Orange
• Weight: 0.089 kg

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to your network device (switch, router or network interface) and the other to the corresponding port on the second device or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference for best performance.

Recommendations

For optimal results in 10G installations, keep cable runs within recommended lengths for structured cabling, avoid running parallel to high-voltage power lines, and use shielded patch panels and connectors when integrating S/FTP cables into existing infrastructure.
