Equip DisplayPort 1.4 aktívny optický kábel, 30 m, 8K/60 Hz

The Equip DisplayPort 1.4 Active Optical Cable 30m 8K 60Hz is a 30-metre optical video cable designed for long-distance digital video transmission. Compliant with DisplayPort 1.4, RoHS and CE standards, it supports high-bandwidth signals and is intended for professional and installation environments where signal integrity over distance is required.

Advantages

This active optical cable transmits DisplayPort 1.4 signals up to 30 metres without external repeaters and converts electrical signals to optical in the connector to avoid signal degradation. It supports up to 8K at 60Hz or 4K at 120Hz, includes support for HDR and Display Stream Compression (DSC), and is immune to electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference. The cable is lightweight for its length and has DisplayPort connectors on both ends.

Suitable for

• Long-distance display connections in professional AV installations
• High-resolution monitors and workstations requiring 8K@60Hz or 4K@120Hz
• Environments with high electromagnetic interference where copper cables may underperform
• Conference rooms, control rooms and digital signage setups

Key specifications

• Cable length: 30 m
• Standard: DisplayPort 1.4
• Maximum supported resolution/refresh: up to 8K@60Hz or 4K@120Hz (with DSC/HDR support)
• Connectors: DisplayPort to DisplayPort
• Weight: 0.86 kg
• Colour: Black
• Compliance: RoHS, CE

How to use

Connect one DisplayPort connector to the source device (PC, workstation or media player) and the other connector to the display or receiver. Ensure both devices support DisplayPort input/output and the required resolution/refresh settings. No external power or repeaters are needed for standard operation at the specified 30 m length; handle the connectors carefully and avoid sharp bends in the cable to preserve the optical fibre.

Recommendations

For best results, set the display and GPU output to the intended resolution and refresh rate via device settings before testing. Avoid coiling the cable tightly and keep it away from mechanical strain; if using adapters, ensure they support DisplayPort 1.4 features to maintain full bandwidth.
