Equip HDMI 2.0 aktívny optický kábel, 10 m, 4K/60 Hz

The Equip 11943x series Active Optical Cable (AOC) accepts the same electrical inputs as a traditional copper HDMI cable but uses optical fibre between the connectors to extend HDMI signals with no loss or latency. This hybrid cable integrates optical multimode fibres for high-speed TMDS video signals and copper conductors for low-frequency control signals. The AOC design supports long-distance transmission — this model is 10 m long and maintains signal integrity up to the stated maximum range without a separate power supply.

Advantages

The Equip HDMI 2.0 Active Optical Cable provides reliable long-distance HDMI transmission with minimal signal degradation and no additional power requirement. With gold-plated connectors and a zinc-alloy housing, the cable is built for durability and stable contact. Optical transmission of high-speed signals reduces electromagnetic interference compared with fully copper cables, while copper lines preserve control and EDID/CEC functions.

Suitable for

• Connecting a source (PC, Blu-ray player, game console) to a display (TV, monitor, projector) over longer distances
• 4K video at 60 Hz for home cinema and professional displays
• Setups where reduced electromagnetic interference and consistent signal quality are required

How to use

Verify the cable direction before installation — this AOC is single-directional and must be connected from the video source (transmit end) to the display (receive end). Insert the HDMI Type A male connector labeled or indicated as the source end into the output of your PC, Blu-ray player or console, and the other end into the HDMI input of the TV, monitor or projector. Power on devices and set the display to the corresponding HDMI input; EDID and CEC functions are handled over the copper conductors.

Recommendations

Use the cable in environments where the routing avoids sharp bends and excessive tensile stress to preserve the optical fibres. Confirm device compatibility with HDMI 2.0, HDCP 2.2 and the required resolution/refresh rate. Because the cable is directional, check the connector labels or markings before final installation.
