How to use
Fill the water reservoir and switch the machine on to reach operating temperature. Dose the desired amount of ground coffee into the portafilter, tamp evenly and lock the portafilter into the brew head. Start extraction and monitor shot time and volume to achieve the preferred strength. Steaming milk requires using the steam wand after the brew group has reached steam temperature; purge the wand briefly, position the tip near the surface of the milk and texture until the desired microfoam and temperature are reached. Clean the portafilter, steam wand and drain the drip tray after each session to maintain performance.
Recommendations
Use freshly roasted, properly ground coffee for espresso grind size, preheat the portafilter and machine, and experiment with dose and extraction time. Rinse and purge the steam wand before and after steaming, and perform routine cleaning of brew group components to extend the machine’s reliable operation.
