How to use

Place documents inside the hanging folder and slide the folder onto suspension rails of a compatible filing frame or cabinet. Position the metal or plastic hooks (if present on the rail system) so the folder hangs evenly and the top edge is accessible for labeling. Use the visible orange colour to separate categories, dates or subjects; add a paper label to the folder edge if a more detailed identifier is required. Store upright within a cabinet or on shelves designed for suspension filing to maintain shape and protect contents.

Recommendations

For long-term storage, avoid overfilling a single folder to prevent deformation of the cardboard. Use colour-coding consistently across sets of folders for faster retrieval. Keep folders away from prolonged moisture exposure to preserve cardboard strength and appearance.
