Laminovacia fólia Leitz iLAM UDT 25 kusov

The Leitz iLAM UDT laminator pouch is designed for reliable, high-quality lamination of documents and photos. Made from durable EVA and PET materials with a glossy finish, each pack contains 25 pouches sized 254 mm × 355 mm and a thickness of 8 mm. The pouch surface enhances colour vibrancy while providing standard rigidity and long-lasting protection from dirt, liquids and moisture. Unique Direction Technology (UDT) and clear feed indicators make insertion straightforward and reduce the chance of misfeeds, with arrows that disappear after lamination.

Advantages

These pouches combine a gloss finish for improved colour reproduction with robust materials that resist moisture and staining. The Unique Direction Technology simplifies the feeding process and makes lamination faster and less error-prone, while the 8 mm thickness offers consistent rigidity suitable for everyday document protection. Packs of 25 provide a practical quantity for small offices, schools or home use.

Key specifications

• Material: EVA + PET laminate layers
• Finish: Glossy for enhanced colour and clarity
• Pack quantity: 25 pouches
• External dimensions: 254 mm × 355 mm
• Thickness: 8 mm (total pouch thickness)
• Compatibility: Suitable for standard thermal laminators
• Special feature: Unique Direction Technology (UDT) with feed arrows that disappear after lamination

How to use

Place the document centrally inside the pouch, aligning it with the open edge. Insert the sealed edge first into the laminator feed slot according to the feed direction indicated on the pouch; the UDT arrows help ensure correct orientation. Run the pouch through a preheated thermal laminator set to the appropriate temperature for 8 mm pouches. Allow the laminated item to cool flat before handling to ensure the adhesive sets and the finish remains smooth.

Recommendations

For best results, use a laminator recommended for standard 8 mm pouches and allow the machine to reach full operating temperature before laminating. If jamming occurs, follow the laminator manufacturer's instructions for clearing jams and avoid forcing the pouch through the rollers. Store pouches flat in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to maintain adhesion and finish quality.
