Ethernetový kábel ProXtend CAT5e RJ-45 5 m oranžový

The ProXtend CAT5e U/UTP CU PVC Ethernet Cable is a 5 m orange network cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends. Built with U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair) copper conductors and gold-plated contacts, it supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) data rates up to 1000 Mbit/s and is designed for reliable wired network connections. The cable includes strain relief and a snagless latch for connector protection and durability.

Advantages

This ProXtend CAT5e cable combines copper conductors with U/UTP construction to minimise interference for typical office and home networks. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts provide stable signal transmission and corrosion resistance. Reinforced strain relief and a snagless latch protect the connector and extend service life. The orange jacket and 5 m length make cable identification and routing simpler in multi-cable environments.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet connections for desktop PCs and laptops
• Connecting switches, routers and network printers
• Home networks and small office setups
• Patch panels and structured cabling where CAT5e performance is sufficient

How to use

Insert an RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device and the other end into the switch, router or wall socket. Ensure connectors click into place with the latch. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and excessive tension; strain relief on the connector reduces stress at the termination. For best performance, keep the cable separate from high-power electrical wiring to minimise potential interference.

Recommendations

Use this CAT5e ProXtend cable for standard gigabit Ethernet links up to 5 m. For environments with heavy electromagnetic interference or for links requiring higher bandwidth over longer distances, consider shielded cable types or CAT6/CAT6A alternatives.
