Ethernetový kábel ProXtend CAT6 RJ-45 U/UTP 5 m oranžový

The ProXtend CAT6 U/UTP CU LSZH Ethernet Cable (5 m) is a high-performance network cable designed for Gigabit Ethernet connections. Constructed with 99.9% pure copper strands and AWG 24 conductors, it supports data rates up to 1000 Mbit/s and is compatible with 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks. The outer jacket is made from LSZH material to reduce smoke and toxic fumes in case of fire, and the cable includes strain relief and a snagless latch for secure, durable connections. The orange jacket makes the cable easy to identify in home and office installations.

Advantages

The cable’s 99.9% pure copper conductors and AWG 24 specification provide reliable signal transmission for Gigabit speeds. LSZH outer jacket minimizes smoke and hazardous gases in emergency situations. Strain relief and a snagless latch protect the connector and cable during installation and frequent handling. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors (50 µin gold) increase contact durability and help maintain consistent transmission quality over time. The cable supports PoE+ for powering compatible devices over the network.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Connecting desktops, laptops and switches in home or office networks
• Wiring network points for VoIP phones and IP cameras that support PoE+
• Cable runs in cabinets, patch panels and structured cabling systems
• Temporary and permanent installations where cable identification is useful (orange color)

How to use

Route the 5 m ProXtend CAT6 cable between network devices ensuring bend radius is not exceeded and the cable is not pinched. Insert the RJ-45 connectors firmly into corresponding ports until the latch clicks. Use the strain relief to reduce stress on the connector during movement. For permanent installations, secure the cable along cable trays or use appropriate clips while avoiding sharp bends or compression that could impair performance.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep cable runs within recommended Gigabit Ethernet lengths, avoid running parallel to high-voltage power lines to reduce interference, and verify device compatibility for PoE+ when powering equipment over the cable.
