Etiketa pre tlačiareň etikiet Zebra ZIPRD3016390 biela papier termálny priamy 5,4x3,5cm

The Zebra ZIPRD3016390 white paper direct thermal label is designed for reliable, roll-fed printing where thermal transfer is not required. Each label measures 5.4 cm wide by 3.5 cm high and is supplied on a roll with a 7.6 cm core. With 750 labels per roll, this product supports continuous, high-volume labeling operations for a variety of environments that use direct thermal printers compatible with these dimensions.

Advantages

These direct thermal labels eliminate the need for ribbon, simplifying printer maintenance and reducing consumable costs. The white paper face provides high contrast for thermal-printed text and barcodes, improving readability for scanners and human operators. The roll format with a standard core diameter supports easy loading in many desktop and industrial direct thermal printers and helps maintain consistent feed and print alignment during extended runs.

Suitable for

• Shipping and courier labels on small parcels
• Retail price tags and shelf labeling
• Inventory and stock management labels
• Laboratory and sample identification where short-term durability is acceptable

Key specifications

• Material: direct thermal white paper
• Label dimensions: 5.4 cm (width) × 3.5 cm (height)
• Labels per roll: 750
• Core diameter: 7.6 cm
• Color: white
• Format: roll-fed for direct thermal printers

How to use

Load the roll into a compatible direct thermal printer following the printer manufacturer’s loading instructions, ensuring the label face is oriented for thermal printhead contact. Adjust printer settings for label width of 5.4 cm and appropriate print speed and darkness to achieve clear text and barcode quality. Print in single or batch modes as required, and monitor feed alignment during long runs to prevent skewing. Store unused rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve thermal sensitivity.

Recommendations

For best results, use with printers specified for direct thermal media and calibrate the printer for the 5.4 cm width. Avoid exposure to heat, direct sunlight, or chemicals that may darken or fade direct thermal paper. If long-term durability or resistance to abrasion and moisture is needed, consider a thermal transfer label alternative.
