Etikety na spisy HERMA 5159 A4 59x297 mm biela papier matný nepriehľadný

HERMA file labels (model 5159) are A4-sized self-adhesive spine labels in white matt opaque paper, sized 59 x 297 mm. The pack contains 75 labels (3 labels per sheet, 25 sheets). Labels have a rounded-rectangle shape and permanent adhesive, designed to provide a uniform appearance for office and home filing while hiding previous markings thanks to the fully opaque, high-whiteness paper.

Advantages

Labels are printed on chlorine-free bleached special paper with a matt opaque surface that prevents old lettering from showing through. They offer reliable adhesion suitable for frequently handled files and are recyclable; the labels can be disposed of with waste paper and the packaging is made from recycled cardboard. The material provides excellent print results across laser printers, inkjet printers, copiers and colour devices, and sheets are easy to process due to an all-round protective edge and good flatness.

Suitable for

• Spine labelling of standard office and home files
• Organising document folders and binders
• Custom identification with company logos or handwritten notes

How to use

Separate sheets from the pack and print or write your desired text or logo onto the blank labels using compatible printers (laser, colour laser, inkjet) or manually. Peel the label from the backing and apply to the spine of a standard file or folder, smoothing out any air bubbles. Ensure the spine surface is clean and dry before application for reliable adhesion.

Recommendations

For best results, store labels flat in a dry environment and test a single sheet in your printer to confirm alignment and print settings. Use the matt opaque side for printing; if applying to frequently handled files, press firmly along the edges to secure adhesion.
