Etikety na typové štítky HERMA 4221 A4 45,7x21,2 mm strieborná

HERMA 4221 rating plate labels are silver, matte polyester film self-adhesive labels supplied on A4 sheets. Each rectangular label measures 45.7 x 21.2 mm; the pack contains 25 sheets with 48 labels per sheet (1,200 labels total). The labels are designed for permanent identification of components, rating plates and inventory items and provide a stainless-steel appearance with strong, long-lasting adhesion.

Advantages

The matte polyester film provides a durable stainless-steel look while resisting weathering, ageing, oil and dirt. Labels are tear-resistant, wet-wipeable and retain adhesion and legibility at temperatures from -40°C to +150°C. The adhesive bonds effectively even to rough or critical surfaces. Rounded protective edges and flat sheets enable trouble-free processing in laser printers and copiers.

Suitable for

• Permanently labeling electrical or mechanical components
• Rating plates on machines and equipment
• Inventory and asset identification
• Industrial environments where oil, dirt or temperature extremes occur

After printing, separate individual labels from the sheet and apply to clean, dry surfaces. Press firmly to ensure full contact and adhesion, paying attention to edges and curved or textured areas to avoid lifting.

Recommendations

Do not use in inkjet printers or colour laser/copier devices. For best adhesion, clean surfaces of oil and dust before application and store unused sheets flat in a dry environment. Test adhesion on critical substrates before large-scale application.
